I have been a huge fan of podcasts over the past 5 years. Some of my favorites can be found on NPR or from one of my favorite authors, Tim Ferriss. You can listen to the same music in a car over and over or you can choose to listen to an informative Podcast that will help teach, educate and entertain others. We hope we can help others through the business side of beauty with a weekly podcast hosted by Zakiyrah Ficklin and myself.

Private Label Extensions

What do we know about hair extensions and the business around it anyways? Well a few years back we started a hair company called Luxury Hair Direct. The idea was to let others have the ability to sell hair extensions through Affiliate Marketing. In just minutes you can be up and running with your own way to make money selling hair. It was honestly a rocky start dealing with manufacturers, payment processors, technology companies and everything else. A year later we decided to leverage our buying power and create a USA based wholesale hair extension company called

It was honestly a rocky start dealing with manufacturers, payment processors, technology companies and everything else. A year later we decided to leverage our buying power and create a USA based wholesale hair extension company called Private Label Extensions. Our advantage was we were buying and inventorying so much hair it only made sense to start a wholesale division. Because we bought so much hair we could offer it at prices that would compete with overseas suppliers after factoring in shipping, transaction fees and cost of inventory. We can get hair to our clients in 24 hours! We also noticed that there were a lot of people that really needed help creating their own hair brand. In early 2016 we launched

We also noticed that there were a lot of people that really needed help creating their own hair brand. In early 2016 we launched Dropship Bundles. This concept allowed us to create fully branded hair extension websites for clients that wanted to have their own hair brand. We also handle all the packing, shipping and inventory of the products with our Dropshipping service.

Wig Market

In 2016 we also launched the first marketplace for custom made wigs. Wig Market is a huge project with development plans that will incorporate ideas that have never been done in the industry. The development actually started for Wig Market in 2015 and took almost a year to launch. We found that there were many inefficiencies in the way custom wigs were bought and sold. To say the least we are deeply involved in many aspects of the hair industry and are excited to have this platform to discuss it.
